Ningbo Qianxiang Huiya International Trade Co., Ltd., founded in 2008, is located in the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Ningbo City. We are an integrated industry and trade company. Its affiliated production base, Ningbo Qianxiang Valve Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd., focuses on product manufacturing and quality control to support the global sales network operated by the parent company.

It is a collection of UPVC, CPVC, PE, PPH, PVDF, and other materials in the industrial, water supply, environmental protection water treatment equipment plastic piping products research and development, manufacturing professional manufacturer of piping systems.

Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has fixed assets of 50 million RMB. Our factory has more than 100 employees. It has a molding department, a piping system department, a raw material mixing system, a pelletizing production line, and a pipe extrusion production line. There are 50 injection molding machines with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons.

Our company has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and other system certifications, and the company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Ningbo. A good product needs to pass through pelleting raw materials, injection, inspection and packing. And inspection is something we attach great importance.

In order to ensure the quality of the products that come out of our factory, all of them are manufactured in a strictly controlled process and monitored throughout the production process. According to the manufacturing process, the test is divided into three parts.

HOW DO WE CUSTOMIZE PIPE FITTINGS FOR OUR CUSTOMER?

One of our Korean clients does the aquaculture business. He has many aquaculture tanks and feeds sea cucumbers here. So, he wants to build a network of pipes, and this network can sprinkle water into every tank. For this project, the best solution is to customize perforated pipe fittings.

It’s an honor that the customer finally chose us! In order to help our client to build a water supply system for the aquaculture plant, we quickly provide a solution and draft and make a new mold. It can drill on the pipes automatically and accurately. The water ultimately exits the pipes through holes.
